Volunteers for Student National Volunteer Week Tree Planting Day!

We are on the lookout for a team of enthusiastic students to help us do something great for the environment and give back to the community!
Alongside UWA, Curtin, Murdoch, Notre Dame and TAFE, this year ECU students will also join the Friends of Lake Claremont inter-university tree planting event transforming the former rubbish dump site into a native haven for animals each and every year!
Last year, more than 2,500 native trees were planted and we are hoping this year will be bigger than ever! This year the event will be held on Saturday 13 August from 9.30am to 1pm.
You will be provided with a t-shirt as well as gardening gloves on the day and lunch!
